How much does an activity cost and what does it include?

An activity at Glaçage costs between €10 and €60, including materials, glazing and firing. For a wide range of choices, expect to pay around €30.

Do I need to bring an apron?

No, you don’t need to bring an apron to the session; it will be provided on site

Can the finished object be washed in the dishwasher or used in the microwave?

Yes, the finished object can be washed in the dishwasher once the glazing and firing have been completed. We don’t recommande the microwave (to avoid overheating!).

Are the paints used toxic?

No, they are non-toxic and water-based, guaranteeing a safe experience for everyone.

Can children take part in the activities?

Yes, children are welcome to take part in the activities, making the Glaçage experience ideal for families.

Are dogs allowed in the workshop?

Yes, your pets are welcome as long as they do not disturb the calm and concentration of the participants, thus preserving a pleasant atmosphere for all.

Can I come without a reservation?

Yes, you can come without booking, but it’s best to book even 5 minutes in advance on our website to guarantee your place.

How long do you keep the pieces after they have been fired?

 We keep the pieces for 1 months after firing. After this period, any pieces not recovered will be generously donated to charity or sold.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can change or cancel your reservation, but we ask you to do so at least 24 hours in advance to give us a chance to fill the vacancy.

I don't live in Brussels. Can I collect my piece earlier or later than the agreed deadline?

Yes, it is possible to collect your piece earlier by opting for a fast firing within 72 hours for a supplement of 5 euros per piece. Late collection is only possible on request for people living abroad.

Can you send my piece by post?

Yes, we can send your piece internationally, with postage costs to be defined according to the size and country of destination. This option is reserved for people living abroad. Although we take every precaution, responsibility for any damage in transit rests with the recipient.

Can I bring my own food?

No, it is not possible to bring your own food as we offer a selection of sweet dishes, including gluten-free and lactose-free options for our visitors.

My finished product has defects. What should I do?

The creation of the piece itself is a craft activity that involves an initial firing. This is followed by manual decoration by yourself and then manual enameling by our team. This process can sometimes lead to the appearance of small defects. We make every effort to minimize these imperfections and guarantee the quality of each piece.

Can my piece be picked up by someone else?

Yes, someone else can collect your item. This person must come with a photo of the piece and the return slip.

What amount is recommended for a gift voucher?

A gift voucher of around €30 is generally recommended. It gives access to a wide selection of objects to paint and covers the cost of the workshop, including painting, glazing and firing. For an even more enjoyable experience, consider adding another ten euros or so. This will allow the beneficiary to enjoy a sweet treat accompanied by a drink during their creative session.
