Modelling: The price of a workshop is €79, including materials, enamelling, firing and a glass of wine! (non-alcoholic option available)
No, you don’t need to bring an apron to the workshop. One will be provided.
The finished ceramic piece can be washed in the dishwasher at a maximum temperature of 60 degrees. Very hot water will damage the piece more quickly. We strongly advise you not to use the microwave.
No, they are not toxic and are water-based, ensuring a safe experience for everyone.
Ceramic painting: Yes, children are welcome to join in the activities, making the Glaçage experience ideal for families. There is no minimum age.
For birthday parties, we require a minimum age of 7 in Waterloo and 10 in Brussels and Liège.
Modelling: Yes, children are welcome to take part. The minimum age is 12.
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they do not disturb the peace and concentration of the participants, thereby ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
Yes, you can come without a booking, but it’s best to book – even just five minutes before – on our website to guarantee your place.
Ceramic painting: Yes, you can change or cancel your booking, but we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to give us the chance to fill the vacant slot.
Modelling: Yes, via the confirmation link, at least 7 days in advance.
We keep the ceramic pieces for one month after firing. After this period, any unclaimed items will be sold, with the proceeds going to a charity.
Yes, you can collect your ceramic piece earlier by opting for an express service within 72 hours, subject to an additional charge of €5 per item. Late pick-up is only possible upon request for those living abroad.
No, unfortunately. We’ve tried it, but the items get damaged in transit.
No, you are not allowed to bring your own food, as we offer a selection of savoury and sweet snacks, including gluten-free options for our visitors.
The creation of the piece itself is a craft process that involves an initial firing. This is followed by hand-painting by you, and then enamelling, again by hand, by our team. This process can sometimes result in minor imperfections. We do our best to minimise these imperfections and ensure the quality of every piece.
Yes, someone else can retrieve your item. That person must bring a photo of the item and the pick up card.
A gift card with a value of around €50 is generally recommended. It gives access to a wide selection of items to paint and covers the cost of the workshop, including painting, enamelling and firing. With this amount, the person can enjoy an even more pleasant experience by having a snack and a drink.
